About Us:

Shogun Japanese Grill is a well-established Japanese restaurant located in the heart of the city. We pride ourselves on serving delicious Japanese cuisine with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Our mission is to provide our customers with an authentic Japanese dining experience that keeps them coming back for more.

We are currently seeking individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Sushi Chef

• Prepare and serve sushi, sashimi, and traditional Japanese dishes with precision and creativity
• Ensure that all food meets our high standards for quality and freshness
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new and innovative sushi rolls and dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

2. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes following recipes and portion guidelines
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demand
• Maintain a clean kitchen and adhere to all food safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service

3. Waitstaff

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
