Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, hardworking, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. The following qualifications are required for each position:

Sushi Chef

• Previous experience as a sushi chef
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Server

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages

Host/Hostess

• Friendly and welcoming personality
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
• Strong organizational skills

Line Cook

• Experience in a kitchen environment
• Ability to follow recipes and prepare dishes according to standards
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency

Dishwasher

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to cleanliness and sanitation
• Strong work ethic and reliability
