Job Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator at Signature Logistics, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end logistics process for our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time and within budget. You will also work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics operations and improve supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse teams
• Track order status and monitor delivery timelines
• Resolve any logistical issues or delays that may arise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics processes
• Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activities
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their orders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
• Proficiency in logistics software and tracking systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
