Job Description

As a Catering Manager at Silver Sycamore, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations. This includes collaborating with clients to create customized menus, ensuring the successful execution of events, and managing a team of catering staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a strong background in catering and event planning.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing catering strategies to drive sales and profitability
• Managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
• Creating and executing event timelines and coordinating logistics
• Supervising catering staff and providing training and support
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and event planning
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
