Position: Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as hearings, trials, and negotiations
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Position: Legal Service Plans Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage legal service plans for clients, ensuring compliance and satisfaction
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients to facilitate legal services
• Review and analyze legal documents and contracts
• Provide customer service and support to clients with legal inquiries
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal service plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience in legal services or customer support preferred
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
