Job Description:

As a General Practice Attorney at Simms & Associates, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on a variety of legal issues. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategies, and ensure that their interests are protected. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

– Conducting legal research and analysis on various legal issues
– Drafting legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
– Representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
– Admission to the state Bar
– Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law
– Strong research and analytical skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service
– Knowledge of a wide range of legal areas, including but not limited to corporate law, family law, real estate, and criminal defense
