We are Hiring! Join Our Team:

Position: Barista

As a Barista at Sindad Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages to our customers. You will also assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe, as well as provide excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages
• Assist customers with menu selection and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and cafe area
• Handle cash transactions and operate the register
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends

Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Sindad Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in our kitchen. You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards and meets our customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
