Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automobile Accident Attorney to join our team in Los Angeles, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of automobile accident cases from inception to resolution, including all aspects of litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to ensure timely and effective representation
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the California State Bar
• 5+ years of experience in automobile accident litigation
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
