Position: Restaurant Manager

Skeeters Corporate Office is a leading company in the field of barbecue restaurants, operating a chain of successful restaurants across the country. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our flagship location in Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff

Position: Head Chef

We are also looking for a talented and creative Head Chef to lead the culinary team at our Houston location. The Head Chef will be responsible for creating and executing new menu items, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining food quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute new menu items in collaboration with the management team
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques and food safety practices
  • Manage inventory and food costs to meet budgetary goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
