At Skillern Firm, we are currently seeking experienced Family Law Attorneys to join our team. As a Family Law Attorney at Skillern Firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, from divorce and child custody to adoption and domestic violence.

Job Description

• Represent clients in family court proceedings
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as motions, petitions, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 2+ years of experience practicing Family Law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
