Position: Counselor

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Counselor to join our team at Smart Counseling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling and a genuine passion for helping others. As a Counselor, you will work with clients to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family counseling sessions
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Stay current on best practices in the field of counseling

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
