We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Optometrist-OD-Therapy & Visual Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of our patients and contributing to the growth of our practice.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity and detect any vision problems or eye diseases.
• Prescribe and fit corrective lenses, including glasses and contact lenses, to improve patients’ vision.
• Design and implement customized therapy and visual training programs to address vision-related issues, such as amblyopia and strabismus.
• Educate patients on proper eye care practices and provide recommendations for maintaining optimal eye health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as ophthalmologists and primary care physicians, to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to track progress and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice optometry.
• Specialized training or certification in therapy and visual training is preferred.
• Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
