Personal Injury Law Attorneys

As a Personal Injury Law Attorney at Smith & Hassler, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling personal injury cases from start to finish
• Investigating claims, collecting evidence, and conducting legal research
• Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service

Accident & Property Damage Attorneys

As an Accident & Property Damage Attorney at Smith & Hassler, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate through complex legal issues related to accidents and property damage. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling a variety of accident and property damage cases
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and goals
• Developing effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Providing expert legal advice and guidance throughout the legal process

Attorneys

We are also seeking attorneys with experience in other areas of law to join our team. If you are a talented and motivated attorney looking for new opportunities, we would love to hear from you. Your responsibilities will vary depending on your area of expertise, but you can expect to work on challenging and rewarding cases with a team of experienced professionals.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas State Bar (or ability to become admitted within a reasonable time frame)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, accident and property damage cases, or other relevant areas
• Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
