Retail Sales Associate

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Assist customers in finding the perfect cigar, cigarette, tobacco product, or gift
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

Store Manager

• Oversee daily operations of the store
• Hire, train, and manage a team of retail sales associates
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage inventory and ordering of products
• Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and foot traffic

Qualifications
