Job Title: Baker

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of cookies, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in product quality
• Decorate and finish baked goods with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Prior baking experience in a bakery or similar setting
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
