Position: Home Automation Systems Installer

As a Home Automation Systems Installer at Smooth Waves, you will be responsible for installing and setting up home automation systems for our clients. This includes

• Installing smart home devices such as thermostats, security cameras, lighting controls, and more
• Setting up and configuring automation systems to meet the client’s specific needs
• Testing and troubleshooting systems to ensure they are functioning properly
• Providing training to clients on how to use their new home automation systems

Requirements:

• Prior experience in home automation system installation
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of smart home devices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Home Theater Systems Sales Specialist

As a Home Theater Systems Sales Specialist at Smooth Waves, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect home theater system for their needs. This includes

• Consulting with clients to understand their entertainment preferences and budget
• Providing product demonstrations and recommendations
• Assisting with the purchase and delivery of home theater systems
• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and offering ongoing support

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the home theater industry
• Knowledge of home theater systems and audio/video equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Position: Audio & Video Equipment Technician

As an Audio & Video Equipment Technician at Smooth Waves, you will be responsible for

• Installing and servicing audio and video equipment for residential and commercial clients
• Troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices as needed
• Assisting in product demonstrations and training sessions
• Keeping up-to-date on the latest technology trends in the audio and video industry

Requirements:

• Experience in audio and video equipment installation and repair
• Technical knowledge of audio and video systems
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed
