As a Furnace Repair & Cleaning Technician at Soca Mechanical Services, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing various makes and models of furnaces for our customers. Your duties will include:

– Conducting thorough inspections of furnaces to identify issues
– Performing necessary repairs and replacements of parts
– Cleaning and maintaining furnaces to ensure optimal performance
– Providing exceptional customer service and answering any questions or concerns

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in furnace repair and cleaning
– HVAC certification or relevant training
– Strong technical skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Furnaces-Heating Specialist

Join our team as a Furnaces-Heating Specialist and be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of various heating systems, including furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps. Your responsibilities will include:

– Installing new heating systems in residential and commercial properties
– Conducting routine maintenance and inspections to ensure peak performance
– Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with heating systems
– Providing recommendations for upgrades or improvements to heating systems

Qualifications:

– Proven experience working with different types of heating systems
– Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– EPA certification preferred

Air Conditioning Contractors & Systems Technician

As an Air Conditioning Contractors & Systems Technician at Soca Mechanical Services, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. Your duties will include:

– Installing new air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications
– Diagnosing and repairing issues with existing air conditioning units
– Performing routine maintenance to ensure efficient operation
– Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in air conditioning installation and repair
– Knowledge of refrigeration systems and HVAC principles
– Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in various environments
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– NATE certification a plus
