Position: Access Control Systems Specialist

Solero Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of security solutions, specializing in access control systems, identification card services, and badge production. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Access Control Systems Specialist to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain access control systems for commercial and residential properties
• Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Program and troubleshoot access control software and hardware
• Coordinate with clients to customize system settings and user access levels
• Provide training and support to end-users on system operation and maintenance
• Stay current on industry trends and technologies to recommend system upgrades and enhancements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing access control systems
• Proficiency in access control software and hardware, including HID, Lenel, and RS2 Technologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Certifications in access control systems (e.g., Certified Access Control Professional) are a plus
