• Create product specifications and technical data sheets for new materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality raw materials for production.
• Conduct quality control tests to ensure products meet industry standards.
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams regarding product specifications.
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in glass coating and tinting technology.
• Assist in training staff on product knowledge and application techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in glass coating and tinting materials development.
• Strong knowledge of glass coatings, tinting films, and adhesives.
• Experience with product testing and quality control processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
