Job Title: Home Lending Advisor

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Home Lending Advisor to join our team in assisting clients with their mortgage needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the mortgage industry and a passion for helping others achieve their homeownership goals. As a Home Lending Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial situation, educate them on available loan options, and guide them through the mortgage process from application to closing.

Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on various loan products and eligibility requirements
• Analyze financial information to determine suitable loan options
• Assist clients with completing loan applications and gathering required documentation
• Communicate regularly with clients, real estate agents, and loan processors to ensure a smooth transaction
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies

Qualifications:

• NMLS license required
• Prior experience as a Home Lending Advisor or similar role
• Knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
