Position: Medical Clinic Receptionist

Job Description:

As a Medical Clinic Receptionist at Sors Medical Group Inc, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
– Greeting and checking in patients with a friendly and welcoming attitude
– Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic’s appointment calendar
– Verifying patient insurance information and collecting co-payments
– Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
– Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality
– Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
– Previous experience working in a medical office setting preferred
– Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is a plus
