1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican dishes according to recipes
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at all times
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food production

2. Server

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
