Position: General Contractor

As a General Contractor at South Coast Construction Services Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include:

• Developing project plans and timelines
• Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Overseeing quality control and safety compliance
• Managing client communication and expectations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Position: Real Estate Developer

As a Real Estate Developer at South Coast Construction Services Inc, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring properties for development, as well as managing the development process. Your duties will include:

• Conducting market research and feasibility studies
• Negotiating property acquisitions
• Working with architects and engineers to design projects
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Overseeing construction and marketing of completed projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate development
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Knowledge of zoning laws and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
