Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for selling various insurance products to new and existing clients. You will educate customers on the different types of insurance coverage available and help them select the best options to meet their needs. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in building long-lasting relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients
• Educate customers on insurance products and services
• Provide personalized insurance recommendations based on individual customer needs
• Process insurance policy applications and claims
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Current insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
