Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description:

As an HVAC Technician at Southcoast Air Conditioning & Heating, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our clients. Your duties will include diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all systems are operating efficiently. You will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Determine appropriate solutions for customers’ heating and cooling needs
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner
• Keep accurate records of all service calls and parts used
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Valid HVAC technician license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
