Job Title: Dialysis Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Dialysis Technician to join our team at Southeast Houston Dialysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and experience working in a dialysis setting. As a Dialysis Technician, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patients during dialysis treatments, and assisting the healthcare team in delivering quality care.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare dialysis machines and equipment
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs throughout dialysis treatment
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare provider
• Assist patients with activities of daily living during treatment
• Document patient care and treatment in medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a recognized Dialysis Technician training program
• Current certification as a Dialysis Technician (CCHT) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Compassionate and dedicated to patient care
