Position: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Educate clients on different insurance products and services offered by the company
- Recommend insurance policies that best suit clients’ needs and budget
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Licenses or certifications in insurance sales is a plus
