Position Available: Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Sales Associate to assist our customers with their hardware needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware products and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the products they need
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Answer customer questions and provide information about products
• Assist with inventory management

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a hardware store or retail environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of hardware products, including lumber, paint, and tools
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
