• Asphalt Paving & Sealcoating Specialists
• Concrete Contractors

General Contractor Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Quality control and assurance of workmanship
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies

Asphalt Paving & Sealcoating Specialist Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain asphalt paving equipment
• Prepare surfaces for paving and sealcoating
• Apply asphalt and sealcoating materials according to specifications
• Inspect and repair paved surfaces as needed
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Concrete Contractor Responsibilities:

• Pour, finish, and repair concrete surfaces
• Form and frame structures for concrete pouring
• Ensure concrete mixes meet project requirements
• Conduct quality control inspections of finished concrete work
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have the following qualifications:

• Experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of asphalt paving, sealcoating, or concrete work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
