1. Accounting Services Associate

As an Accounting Services Associate at Southwest Tax Recovery, you will play a vital role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a keen understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Proficiency in accounting software

2. Tax Return Preparation Specialist

Our Tax Return Preparation Specialists are experts in tax laws and regulations, ensuring that our clients maximize their returns and minimize their liabilities. This position requires a deep understanding of tax codes and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Review financial documents and records
• Respond to IRS inquiries and audits
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation
• Enrolled Agent or CPA certification
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills

3. Bookkeeping Specialist
