Storage Facility Manager

Job Description:

As a Storage Facility Manager at Space Plus Mini Storage, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility. Your duties will include:

• Assisting customers with their storage needs
• Collecting rental payments and managing rental agreements
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Ensuring the security of the storage units
• Monitoring inventory of boxes and other storage supplies
• Handling customer inquiries and providing top-notch customer service

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
