Accident & Property Damage Attorneys:

At Spagnoletti Law Firm, our Accident & Property Damage Attorneys play a crucial role in representing individuals who have suffered injuries or property damage due to the negligence of others. We are currently looking for passionate and skilled attorneys to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch legal services to our clients.

Attorneys:

Our general Attorneys at Spagnoletti Law Firm are responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters, from personal injury cases to business disputes. We are seeking dedicated and ambitious attorneys who are ready to take on challenging cases and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Mediation Services:

As part of our commitment to alternative dispute resolution, Spagnoletti Law Firm offers Mediation Services to help parties resolve their legal conflicts outside of the courtroom. We are looking for experienced mediators who are skilled at facilitating communication and negotiation to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications:

Accident & Property Damage Attorneys:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Texas Bar admission in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accident and property damage law
• Demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes

Attorneys:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Texas Bar admission in good standing
• Experience in a variety of legal practice areas
• Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills

Mediation Services:

• Mediation certification from a recognized institution
• Proven experience in facilitating successful mediations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain neutral and impartial in resolving disputes
