Job Title: Lighting Consultant & Designer

Job Description

As a Lighting Consultant & Designer at Spark Lighting, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from residential properties to commercial buildings and everything in between. You will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and clients to develop lighting concepts that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lighting surveys and assessments of existing spaces
• Create lighting plans and specifications
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate lighting design into overall project plans
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies
• Provide lighting recommendations that align with client goals and budgets
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lighting design and consultancy
• Proficiency in lighting design software such as AGi32, Dialux, or Visual
• Strong knowledge of lighting principles, codes, and standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
