Position Available: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Description

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Sparrow Adult Living, you will play a critical role in providing personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in a compassionate and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with medication administration under the direction of a nurse
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification
• Experience working in a nursing or residential care setting
• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
