Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Job Description:
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage candidate information and feedback in our applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
