We are currently looking to fill the following position:

Tire Dealership Associate

As a tire dealership associate at Specialized Auto Repair, you will be responsible for assisting customers with selecting the right tires for their vehicles, providing expert advice on tire maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step of the process. Your role will also involve maintaining inventory levels, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles based on their driving needs and budget
• Provide expert advice on tire maintenance, including tire rotations, balancing, and alignments
• Maintain accurate records of tire inventory and order products as needed
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of tire orders
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a tire dealership or auto repair shop is preferred
• Strong knowledge of various tire brands, types, and sizes
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
