Current Job Opening: Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for various job openings
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Provide guidance to candidates on resume writing and interview preparation
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Track and report on recruitment activities and results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
