Job Title: Online Sports Education Coordinator

Location: Remote

Job Description:

Join our team at Sports Management Worldwide as an Online Sports Education Coordinator! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our online educational programs and helping students succeed in their sports management courses. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while making a positive impact on the next generation of sports industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to students enrolled in SMWW courses
• Assist with course registration, payment processing, and technical support
• Manage student inquiries via email and phone, resolving any issues or concerns promptly
• Work closely with instructors to ensure a smooth learning experience for all students
• Help develop and implement strategies to increase student engagement and course completion rates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or related field
• Previous experience in online education or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for sports and helping others achieve their career goals
