Rifle & Pistol Ranges Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as the Rifle & Pistol Ranges Supervisor at Sportsman’s Outlet Indoor Shooting Center. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shooting ranges, ensuring the safety of all customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise range safety officers
• Ensure all range rules and regulations are followed
• Maintain a safe and clean shooting environment
• Assist customers with range equipment and firearm selection
• Provide instruction and guidance to shooters of all skill levels
• Schedule range reservations and group events
• Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on range equipment

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid NRA Range Safety Officer certification
• Previous experience in a supervisory role at a shooting range
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly
• Strong knowledge of firearms safety and marksmanship techniques
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Gun Safety & Marksmanship Instructor
