Job Title: Drug Testing Technician

SpotOn Drug & Alcohol Testing LLC is a leading provider of drug and alcohol testing services in the United States. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Drug Testing Technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct drug and alcohol tests on individuals as required by clients
• Follow strict protocols and procedures for sample collection and testing
• Ensure accurate documentation and chain of custody for all samples
• Adhere to all privacy laws and regulations regarding drug testing
• Work closely with clients to schedule testing appointments and provide results
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of testing equipment and work area
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and individuals being tested

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Drug Testing Technician is preferred, but not required
• Prior experience in drug testing or healthcare field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
• Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug testing
