Job Responsibilities
Below are the job responsibilities for each position:
Warehouse Associate
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse
- Pick and pack orders for shipment
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
Sales Representative
- Generate sales leads and build relationships with customers
- Promote products and services to potential clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
Customer Service Specialist
- Assist customers with product inquiries and orders
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Process returns and exchanges
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Product Manager
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications
Our ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in the industrial equipment and supplies industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
