Position: Mental Health Crisis Counselor

Location: Spring Branch, Texas

Job Type: Full-time

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in crisis intervention and mental health counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations
• Knowledge of community mental health resources and agencies

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health crises
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients in treatment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
