Job Description

As a Florist at Spring Klein Flowers, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This includes weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and more. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice and guidance to ensure their vision is brought to life through beautiful flowers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create custom floral arrangements according to customer specifications
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers for their event or occasion
• Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and materials
• Ensure all creations are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a florist is preferred, but not required
• Passion for flowers and floral design
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
