We are currently hiring for the following position:

Optical Sales Associate

Location: Spring, Texas

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Description

As an Optical Sales Associate at Spring Klein Vision Center, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers find the perfect eyewear solutions to meet their needs. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in selecting frames that compliment their style and prescription
• Providing education on different lens options, coatings, and treatments
• Processing orders and performing adjustments and repairs on eyewear
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in optical sales and dispensing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of different types of lenses, frames, and coatings
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
