Position Overview:

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for providing a warm welcome and seamless check-in/check-out process for our guests. In addition to assisting with reservations and inquiries, you will also play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and amenities
• Assist guests with special requests or accommodations
• Resolve any guest issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
