Job Responsibilities

Line Cooks

As a Line Cook at Squable, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes following our recipes and guidelines. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen runs smoothly during service.

Prep Cooks

Prep Cooks at Squable play a vital role in ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked with ingredients and that all prep work is completed in a timely manner. You will work closely with the chefs to assist in various kitchen tasks and help with food preparation.

Servers

Servers at Squable are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure that all guests have a memorable dining experience.

Bartenders

Our Bartenders are skilled mixologists who create delicious cocktails and provide friendly and efficient service to our guests at the bar. You will also be responsible for maintaining bar inventory and ensuring that the bar area is clean and organized.

Hosts/Hostesses

Hosts/Hostesses at Squable are the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. You will greet guests, seat them, and manage reservations to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Dishwashers

Dishwashers at Squable play a key role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. You will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as keeping the kitchen area clean and organized.
