We are currently seeking a General Practice Attorney to join our team in one of our US offices.

Job Description:

As a General Practice Attorney at Squire Patton Boggs, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters for our diverse client base. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of general practice matters
• Assisting in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings
• Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals within the firm

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• A strong academic record
• Admission to the state bar in which they will be practicing
• 1-3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a general practice setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
