Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Millwork, Furniture Designers & Custom Builders to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design and construction department, you will be responsible for creating unique, custom pieces that exceed our clients’ expectations. From concept development to fabrication and installation, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to develop innovative designs for millwork and furniture projects
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for fabrication
• Manage the production process, including sourcing materials and overseeing construction
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project success

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in millwork and furniture design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
