Job Title: Music Director
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as the Music Director at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our vibrant and welcoming community through the power of music.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and direct the music ministry for all liturgical celebrations, including weekend Masses, holy days, weddings, funerals, and seasonal services
Select appropriate music for each liturgical celebration in collaboration with the Pastor and liturgy team
Rehearse and coordinate with choir members, musicians, and other volunteers to ensure quality music ministry
Maintain the music library and resources, including purchasing new music as needed
Attend regular meetings with the liturgy team to discuss upcoming services and special events
Collaborate with other ministry leaders to enhance the overall worship experience at the church
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with liturgical music trends
Qualifications:
Proficient in playing the piano and/or organ
Experience leading a choir or music ministry in a church setting
Familiarity with Catholic liturgical music traditions and repertoire
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers and staff
Flexibility in working evenings and weekends as needed for liturgical celebrations
