We are Hiring: Worship Leader

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Worship Leader to join our team. The Worship Leader will be responsible for leading the music ministry of our church, guiding the congregation in worship through song and prayer. The ideal candidate will have a strong musical background, excellent leadership skills, and a deep commitment to serving the church community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead worship services, including selecting music, coordinating rehearsals, and engaging the congregation in worship
• Collaborate with the pastor and worship team to create meaningful and impactful worship experiences
• Mentor and develop other musicians and vocalists within the church
• Build relationships with members of the congregation and participate in various church events and activities
• Stay current on musical trends and incorporate new music into worship services

Qualifications

• Experience leading worship in a church or similar setting
• Proficiency in playing a musical instrument, such as guitar or piano
• Strong vocal abilities and the ability to lead others in singing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for serving others and fostering a sense of community
